We offer products that we believe are spectacular using OUR original designs! (Please let us know if you see copies of our products.) Being a part of the MagicSwag.Club family, these designs are created only with YOU in mind! We only offer products that we ourselves use. We know, at times, purchasing over the internet can be a bit tricky. So, our policy will allow you to return anything you aren't satisfied with and exchange it for something else in our store (please keep in mind we are a small independent biz).
If you open the packaging and if you are not satisfied, (1) either pass it along to someone who will love our product, or (2) send it back to us. It's that simple. Satisfaction guaranteed. We want you to know that when you deal with us, we're forming a friendship we hope lasts years. And that means making sure you're happy each and every time we send you a package.

BEFORE PURCHASING-Confirm Your Order
To keep prices as low as possible, all clothing contains a sizing chart. Please verify your purchase or contact us before pushing the big yellow buy button. And remember, if the item doesn't work for you, it's always nice to share the magic.
If you have a question or concern with your order, contact the Genie's assistant ANY TIME OF DAY. We do maintain office hours BUT if our team is available, they will answer!

Shipping Costs and Speed
Each item is crafted when you place your order. 99% of orders are fulfilled within 5 days. 50% of orders are fulfilled within 3 days. Shipping costs depend on your country and the number and type of items. The hard-working bees at the Magic Swag Hive strive to fulfill your order pronto and the chart below gives you prices and an idea of APPROXIMATE shipping speed during the present world situation. Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. All orders will be given a tracking number. These are all the countries we ship to at this time.
It's super rare but if one receives a damaged/defective item, the claim must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. See Return Process below.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility, drats! Double sucky is that you'll have to pay the reshipment costs (for the new address.) For all packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. So... to avoid any of this silliness, please enter a correct and secure address when purchasing.
The recipient of your purchase must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country. We have no control over these nor can our crystal ball predict how much they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, expect delays. All in all, order early!

How to Return an Item
Do not return your package to the address on the shipping label. The following is the only way to submit a return...
STEP 1: Confirm your return follows the Return Conditions below. If it does, email us your order number and why you are returning it. Please provide photos of the item and packaging.
STEP 2: One of the Oracle’s assistants will get back to you ASAP. If the item is damaged, we will reimburse you for shipping. If it is not damaged, we will send you our shipping address and you will pay for shipping.
STEP 3: Mark your package on the outside with your order number. Remember, your item must be in perfect condition and in its original unopened, undamaged, packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage so be sure it’s packed well.
STEP 4: Mail it back to us. We highly suggest you buy postage with tracking as we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.
STEP 5: We will get back to you within a few days after receiving your package.
• Unless there is a manufacturing defect, items can only be returned for an exchange or gift card.
• Shirts must be returned unused with the shrink wrap fully intact. Mugs must be returned unused in the custom shipping container. All products must be returned in new, unopened condition with original packaging.
• If there is no manufacturing defect, the buyer must pay return shipping. If the product was originally mailed with free shipping, we have to charge for shipping the second time.
• If there is a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse for USPS Standard shipping only (not Express nor Priority). If you would like a gift card, we will add the shipping amount to your balance.
• Products can be exchanged or returned one time.
• Products must be returned within fourteen days after you received them.
• We can not accept products that are damaged (even from shipping.)
• We can only accept returns from the original purchaser.
• These return conditions may be updated at any time.
